What is it?
The provider-to-service assignment matrix. Determines which provider offers which services in which states/locations. This module controls what appears on the booking screen for patients.
What It Defines

Coverage by State
Not all services are available in all states. Providers must be licensed in each state they practice. This module — combined with State_Provider — enforces state-level eligibility.
Coverage visualization is available in the Partner Dashboard (“Coverage by State” section of the patient portal).
State_Provider Module
A companion module (State_Provider) is the licensing/credentialing registry for provider-state pairings:
