What is it?

Books_Agents is the staff master record module. Every clinical and operational staff member who can be assigned to patients has a record here. Used by Care Team, Service Provider, and scheduling systems.

Staff Types Stored

Type	Description
Nurse Practitioner (NP)	U.S.-based prescribers. Sign patient plans. Conduct appointments.
Physician Assistant (PA)	Clinical support staff
MD	Physicians
PCA	Patient Care Agents (El Salvador). Primary patient relationship. Cannot prescribe.
Medical Assistant (MA)	Clinical support, lab coordination
Life Coach	Wellness coaching staff
Fitness Trainer	Assigned via Fitnes_and_Training module

How Books_Agents Links to Patients

Books_Agents record
    → Care Team module (patient-specific role assignment)
    → Service Provider module (which services/states they cover)
    → Meetings (they appear as provider in booking)
    → Encounters (clinical notes authored by them)
    → Patient Plans (they sign the plan)

Books_Agents vs Zoho Users

	Books_Agents	Zoho CRM Users
Purpose	Clinical/operational staff records for patient assignment	System login accounts
Scope	Every staff who touches patients	Any CRM system user
Used by	Care Team, scheduling, encounters	Permissions, workflow ownership

Not every Books_Agent has a Zoho CRM login. Not every Zoho user has a Books_Agent record.
