What is it?
Zoho Books invoices for patient orders, services, and recurring subscriptions. ThriveLab uses three separate Zoho Books instances — ask Luis Vidal for which instance covers which entity.
Invoice Types

| Recurring Invoice | Automated repeating charge (membership fee, medication subscription) |
| Sales Invoice | Tied to a patient plan or service |
| Customer Purchase Order | Vendor/internal purchase orders |
Membership Fee Invoicing
Patients in Journey stage are billed:
- $49/month platform membership fee
- Billed quarterly → $147 every 3 months
- Managed via Recurring Invoices module
Three Zoho Books Instances
ThriveLab operates three separate Books instances. Each instance has its own:
- Chart of accounts
- Invoice sequences
- Entity/legal structure
Ask Luis Vidal which entity corresponds to which Books instance.
