What is it?
Structured dose-and-frequency record for a medication. Captures dose amount, frequency, route of administration, and irregularity flags.
Key Fields

Reusable Templates: RX Sig
RX Sig is a companion module storing reusable frequency/duration templates for dosing instructions. Instead of re-entering the same dose schedule for every patient, a provider references an RX Sig template.

Notes
- When adding a medication that requires supplies (e.g., syringes for injectables), the system should prompt for the associated supplies. This validation is currently limited in Zoho and often requires code intervention. See Zoho Development.
- PDMP/PMP checks are performed for controlled substances — tracked in the PDMP_PMP_checks module.
