Loyalty points ledger per patient. Patients earn points for completing milestones. Points can be redeemed as discounts at checkout via the Shopping Cart.

Patient at checkout in portal
    → Shopping Cart shows Wallet balance
    → Patient selects how many points to apply
    → Points deducted from Wallet
    → Order total reduced
