What is it?

The actual supplement purchase order placed with a vendor. Tracks invoicing, shipping, and recurring billing for supplement orders.


Flow

Patient Plan approved (includes supplements)
    → Supplement Order created
    → Order placed with vendor
    → Shipment tracked
    → Invoice generated in Zoho Books
    → Recurring order if applicable

Supplement Protocol

Separate from the individual order, each patient has a Supplements Test record representing their recommended supplement regimen (the protocol itself). The Supplement Order is the actual purchase event.

Store

Patients can also order supplements through the ThriveLab Store in the patient portal/app. Shopping Cart module handles the cart before checkout, which then generates a Supplement Order.
